The journal does not charge any fees to authors for article submission, peer review process, publication, or manuscript processing.
All costs related to editorial management, manuscript editing, desktop publishing, publishing current issues, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) registration through annual payments to Crossref, web hosting and archiving services, support for open access policies, and annual subscriptions for the use of specialized software, are borne by the publisher. This includes the operational costs required to support the activities of the journal's Editorial Board as a whole.
