All provisions related to rights and licences in the KINESTESIA: Journal of Physical Education, Sports, and Health Science can be found in detail on the journal's official website. By submitting an article or manuscript to this journal, authors are considered to have agreed to all these policies without the need to include additional special documents.
Licence
Every article published will be subject to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA) licence, as listed on the official Creative Commons website. This licence allows wide use on condition of proper attribution and sharing in kind.
Author Statement
The author guarantees that the submitted work is original, written by the named author, has not been published before, does not contain unlawful statements, and does not violate the rights of other parties. The author also declares that the article is fully under the author's copyright without third party property rights, and has obtained written permission if using quotations or materials from other sources.
User Rights
KINESTESIA: Journal of Physical Education, Sports, and Health Science is committed to the free dissemination of knowledge as widely as possible. Through a Creative Commons licence, users are permitted to copy, distribute, display and use articles, provided that the author's name and the source of publication of this journal, whether in print or digital media, are acknowledged.
Author Rights
The author retains full rights to the published work, including but not limited to:
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights, including patent rights,
- The right to use the content of the article in other future works, such as books or lecture materials,
- The right to reproduce the article for personal or academic use,
- The right to enter into a non-exclusive supplementary agreement to disseminate the published version of the article (e.g. by uploading to an institutional repository or publishing it in book form), while acknowledging that the article was first published in KINESTESIA: Journal of Physical Education, Sports, and Health Science.
Co-authorship
If an article is written by more than one author, the author submitting the manuscript guarantees that all co-authors have agreed to this copyright and licence statement, and have been informed of the terms of this policy. Journal of Physical Education, Sports, and Health Science is not responsible for internal disputes between authors, and communication will be made only with the correspondence author.
Royalties
As an open access journal that publishes articles free of charge under the terms of the Creative Commons licence, Journal of Physical Education, Sports, and Health Science does not provide royalties or other financial rewards to authors for published articles.
